TL;DR — Post-quest solo dragon boss. Bring a Dragon hunter lance/crossbow, an anti-dragon shield/dragonfire ward, and Extended super antifires. Learn the acid phase (walk a zig-zag) and the spawn (freeze/redirect it), and Vorkath becomes one of OSRS's most consistent money makers.

- Dragon Slayer II completed. Recommended 80+ combat stats, 43+ Prayer (Protect from Magic), high Hitpoints.
- An anti-dragonfire item is mandatory: Dragonfire ward / anti-dragon shield plus Extended super antifire potions. Without both, dragonfire hits hard.

Salve amulet (e) is best-in-slot here because Vorkath is undead — don't use a slayer helm instead of the salve.
Inventory
- Extended super antifire (4) × a few, + super combat / ranging potion
- Prayer potions, and plenty of food (Vorkath hits hard early)
- Runes for a freeze spell (to lock the acid-walk spawn) or a crossbow to redirect it
- Anti-venom+ (for the venom attack)
The two mechanics that matter
Acid phase
Vorkath spits acid across the arena. Move onto clear tiles in a
zig-zag pattern and attack between steps until it ends. Standing in acid drains you fast.
Zombified spawn
A spawn crawls toward you and heals Vorkath / hits hard if it reaches you.
Freeze it (Ice Barrage/Blitz) or hit it with any spell/crossbow to redirect — then kill it, or ignore once frozen.
Watch for the fireball (white) woox-walk attack — step one tile sideways to dodge it. And keep Protect from Magic on for the regular ranged/magic dragonfire.
Drops & money
Vorkath is famous for consistent gp: superior dragon bones, dragonhide, and the big uniques — Vorkath's head (for a slayer-helm upgrade / quest), Draconic visage, Jar of decay, and the Vorki pet.
